Rajah is a veteran in the Indian spirits Industry. A very well-known personality, Rajah is ubiquitously networked in the Spirits industry both in India and abroad. A heuristic by nature, Rajah's impressive career includes leadership positions in the UB Group, Diageo, and Whyte & Mackay. All in all a premium spirits man with splendid reputation of ushering in customer and consumer focused behavioural patterns amongst people he works with. Rajah is also a Coach, accredited by International Coach Federation, counselling & positive psychologist, Regression Therapist and EFT Practitioner. Rajah believes strongly in breakthrough thinking. Having served the Industry over 42 years, Rajah has promoted Geoscope along with Sudeep and Vishal Jaiswal.

Sudeep Kumar is an on-the-ground selling practitioner. A staunch commercial brain and an astute negotiator, Sudeep Kumar is the most important building block to any business. His 36 years of experience in spirits industry in India, is filled with success stories of cracking the right business associations, nurturing and growing brands to unimaginable market shares, with a constant eye on details and profitability. Sudeep brings to the table the ability to integrate and streamline challenging activities with regards to brand launches, sales growth, and partnering with distributors through his highly motivated sales and commercial team. Sudeep has spearheaded strategic positions in United Spirits, Diageo and Bols Kyndal.

Vishal’s business interests spread across hospitality sector, Coal mining, Retail and distribution of alcoholic beverages and manufacturing (bottling) units across west and north. Vishal is well networked, focused and has an eye for details. Also he is a team player. Values partnership.
